Fantastic customer service and great-looking mug! I had previously ordered this exact thing on Etsy and was told a month after placing the order that it was not going to be completed, with no communication until I received a refund. I received from Impress Me an email/text with the proposed wording within 2 days. Like I said, fantastic communication and received the mug a week later!
