We initially had been gifted a YETI cup from this company and loved it and we wanted to order another to have in office for a social media competition! We called and asked for the same logo they used to be put on a new order and they were very helpful. I got an email a few hours later that day that it was shipped already and to be on the look out! Not even 24 hours later it was on our front desk! Great customer service!
