I've ordered customized items from ImpressMeGifts ten times over the past two years and they have never failed to impress me. I'm always asking them to do something a little different than most (engraving from vertically rather than horizontally, etc) and if there's any question they send me a proof to make sure it's correct before they engrave the product. What's more amazing is that the items usually ship the next day and I sometimes receive them in two days. Very pleased with the quality and the service.
